One of the world’s largest yachts in the world, Katara, which has an estimated value of USD 400 million, arrived to Bodrum, Turkey. Katara is owned by Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al Thani (Emir of Qatar), who is the youngest sovereign in the world.
It’s been prepared for the royal family’s vacation in Bodrum. The family also arrived to Bodrum Airport BJV by their private jumbo jet. The airport transfers from the airport to the yacht was completed with police escorts and security guards.
124 metre luxury motor yacht Katara built by Lurssen in 2010 as Project Crystal. The exterior design was done by Espen Oeino and the interior design by Alberto Pinto.
